HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL FOR?

Our standard tuxedo rental period usually lasts 1 to 3 Days unless prior arrangements are made.

WHAT DOES A TUXEDO OR A SUIT RENTAL INCLUDE?

All tuxedo and or suit rentals include a coat, shirt, vest, pants, bowtie or necktie. Styles are available in a modern fit and or slim. We also offer a variety of popular colors and styles for all tastes. Shoe rental is also available upon request, at a cost of $20

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, we accept most major credit cards

WILL I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we ask for a deposit of 50% at the point of order, with the balance payable at the final fitting plus a credit card on file will be required.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RENT A TUXEDO OR SUIT?

We recommend reserving your tuxedo at least 2–4 weeks before your event to ensure the best selection and enough time for fittings. If your event is sooner, contact us—we can often accommodate last-minute rentals depending on availability. Walk-ins Welcome!

DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?

Yes, we do.

WHAT IS A RUSH ORDER AND IS THERE A FEE?

Yes, there is a $25.00 fee on any order placed to be used within the week.

DO YOU HAVE SUITS AND TUXEDOS IN. DIFFERENT COLORS?

Yes, we have a variety of popular styles and colors with vests and bowties to match a dress color or create a custom look including traditional black and white.

DO WE GET FITTED FOR A SUIT OR TUXEDO BEFORE RENTING?

Yes, we want people to come in to get measured to make sure the tuxedo or suit you rent will best fit you.  You will come back a second time for your final fitting 2-4 days prior to your event to ensure all garments fit you as it should. Our experienced staff will do their best for you to look your best.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER FOR SUITS OR TUXEDO RENTALS?

We carry tuxedos and suits for kids and adults in most standard sizes in slim or modern fit.

WHEN DO I RETURN MY RENTAL ITEMS?

Please return your rental order the next business day after the event or as instructed by the staff. Please make sure all items are included. 

IS THERE A LATE FEE IF I RETURN MY RENTAL ORDER LATE?

Yes, there is a $15.00 late fee per day, please see our TERMS & CONDITIONSfor more information on fees.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, you can, but you will need to make your changes or cancel your rental order a minimum of 14 days prior to the event’s date. Orders placed within 14 days or less of an event’s date cannot be canceled.

DO YOU HAVE A POLICY FOR LOST, STOLEN OR AND OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

Yes If any suit, tuxedo and or accessories rented are lost, stolen and or damaged, there will be a fee to repair and or replace those items. It will all be covered in your rental agreement at the time of your final fitting.

DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS FOR THE SUITS YOU SELL?

Yes we do, you can have us do the alterations needed or you can take it to your own tailor.
